This 4 week program takes you through 3 phases of development, starting with Accumulation, moving to Intensification, and finally Realization. The program can be repeated as needed, allowing you to continue to build on your progress. In order to complete the program, you will need access to a gym or home gym with equipment such as a barbell, dumbbell, and ample running space. With the Vertical Power Program, you'll be able to take your jumping ability to the next level.
